The Ritz-Carlton Spa Specialist position is an exciting part-time, non-management role located at their Miami, Florida property. A Spa Specialist plays a vital role in supporting various functions within the spa environment to ensure guests receive an outstanding and unique experience. These specialists are not only responsible for promoting spa services and retail products but also for managing reservations, confirming appointments, checking in guests, providing information about services, and processing payments smoothly.
