As a Spa Receptionist at Conrad Orlando, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the luxury guest experience by serving as the warm and friendly first point of contact within the resort's spa and salon. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00, commensurate with specialized experience and the local market. You will work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, ensuring comprehensive guest service coverage. Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist guests by greeting all guests entering the spa and salon and assisting with check-in and registration procedures
  • Support guest scheduling by answering phones and emails, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and relaying information to appropriate team members as needed
  • Provide administrative support by performing office duties such as data entry, filing, processing mail, taking notes, typing correspondence, and assisting spa managers with general administrative tasks
