Job Requirements

  • always communicate effectively with customers and all levels of employees
  • inspect and maintain areas for which responsible
  • must be able to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change
  • review and comprehend all necessary documentation
  • minimum 1 year customer service experience preferably in a spa or related environment
  • minimum age of 18
  • food handler's card
  • unrestricted ability to work in the us for any employer

Job Duties

  • assist guests in the usual manner whether on the phone or in person
  • resolve customer complaints and issues beyond authority of staff to ensure guest satisfaction while operating within established guidelines
  • assist in training of policies and procedures of all new attendants and receptionists
  • assist in monthly inventory of retail supplies to track cost of sales and ensures company assets are accurately accounted for
  • take responsibility for questions or issues that may arise when supervisors are not present
  • assist with additional job-related tasks as directed by leadership
  • maintain cleanliness and hygienic environment including light cleaning stocking supplies and linen management
  • provide food and beverage offerings as part of the spa experience
  • meet demands of a fast-paced environment
  • be knowledgeable about resort spa offerings and treatment menu
  • other duties as assigned
