Job Duties

  • Ensures the Arch Amenities Group Experience for members and guests by maintaining established standards
  • adheres to policies of the facility and Arch Amenities Group
  • reports any incident or accident to the Facility Manager
  • submits all paperwork and financial reporting in accordance with policies
  • develops and maintains accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists
  • maintains a monthly inventory of supplies and products
  • becomes knowledgeable about the facility and amenities to effectively communicate with members and guests
  • participates in the Manager on Duty schedule if applicable
  • helps ensure facility is accessed only by authorized members and guests and is safe and secure
  • greets every guest with a smile and direct eye contact
  • offers to make reservations, find directions, look up phone numbers, etc.
  • uses time efficiently by checking equipment, locker rooms, gift shop stocks, inventory, etc., ensuring proper coverage when necessary
  • keeps area clear of clutter and personal effects
  • informs co-workers of pertinent information at shift end and maintains communication book
  • informs facility manager of any member, guest, or facility issues
  • enrolls members and guests in programs and makes reservations for spa services and personal training
  • receives payments and properly accounts for money
  • reconciles daily sales, deposits, and receipts
  • assists staff with lifting and storing equipment, furniture, and products
  • performs additional duties as assigned
