Job Duties
- Welcome guests and handle all spa-related inquiries
- Provide detailed knowledge about spa treatments, products, and services
- Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize treatment schedule use
- Anticipate and customize guest service needs proactively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all spa menu options and pricing
- Work collaboratively with Spa Team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with administrative duties related to spa operations
