Four Seasons Hotel Austin is currently seeking a Spa Receptionist to join its dynamic Spa Team. This role is key to providing an outstanding spa experience to guests, acting as the warm and knowledgeable first point of contact. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, managing inquiries related to treatments, products, and services, and scheduling appointments efficiently. The role demands the ability to anticipate guest needs, offer customized service, and maintain an in-depth understanding of all spa menu options. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years experience in customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve quickly
  • Work authorization in the United States
  • Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
