Job Description
Arch Amenities Group is a leading provider specialized in amenity management, consulting, and wellness services for commercial real estate, residential communities, and hospitality properties. With a strong foundation built on strategic acquisitions of top hospitality and wellness-led providers, Arch Amenities Group brings decades of expertise combined with forward-thinking innovation. The company’s mission is to transform various amenity spaces — including spas, fitness centers, meeting areas, pools, clubs, and residential amenities — into vibrant destinations that cultivate connection, wellness, and a sense of belonging. Arch Amenities Group’s commitment is rooted in fostering spaces where people can truly thrive, enhancing satisfaction, retention, and return on investment for property owners and operators across North America.
As a non-exempt position within the spa department reporting directly to the Spa Director, the Spa Receptionist plays a vital role in creating and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that defines the Arch Amenities Group experience. The Spa Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for members and guests, responsible for establishing immediate rapport by warmly greeting visitors and responding effectively to inquiries. This role demands professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Duties extend beyond reception to include processing transactions, handling cash with accuracy, and contributing to the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.
This position requires a combination of interpersonal and administrative skills to ensure that guests enjoy a seamless and memorable spa visit. The receptionist must be knowledgeable about all spa amenities and services to provide accurate information, assist with membership enrollments, schedule reservations for spa treatments and personal training, and proactively address guest needs. Furthermore, the role involves ensuring safety protocols to restrict access only to authorized members and guests, maintaining detailed reporting and documentation per company policies, tracking inventory supplies, and supporting daily operational tasks such as managing communication logs and assisting with event preparations.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the physical capability to perform duties that include standing for long periods, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and engaging in light physical activity such as stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Availability to work during nights, weekends, and holidays is also required. Arch Amenities Group values employees who are energetic, motivated, team-oriented, and committed to delivering the highest standards of guest service. This position offers an hourly wage between $15 and $19, reflecting fair compensation standards and an opportunity to contribute to a company that is innovating the hospitality and wellness landscape. Join Arch Amenities Group’s dedicated team to build a fulfilling career where wellness and hospitality intersect, making a meaningful impact on guests and communities alike.
