The iconic Arizona Biltmore, a distinguished LXR Hotel & Resort by Hilton, is one of Pyramid Global Hospitality's prestigious properties located in the heart of Phoenix's Biltmore neighborhood. Known as the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening in 1929, the Arizona Biltmore recently completed a $150 million restoration and now features over 700 rooms, extensive banquet spaces, multiple food and beverage outlets, a luxury spa, and seven pools. The resort provides guests with unique and personalized experiences, highlighting luxury and bespoke service.
The role of Spa Manager at the Arizona Biltmore centers on leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Tierra Luna Spa, a serene and innovative spa offering guests a unique wellness experience inspired by the local culture. The spa is equipped with 12 treatment rooms, relaxation areas, a café, and specialty amenities such as a hot tub, cold plunge pool, and a unique outdoor Halotherapy room that promotes immunity and respiratory health. As Spa Manager, the successful candidate will supervise spa attendants and receptionists, manage schedules, handle operational supply and inventory, and support payroll and attendance tracking. Additionally, the Spa Manager will play a key role in sales training, safety committee participation, promotional communication, and maintaining luxury spa standards, including Forbes 4- and 5-star protocols.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least three years of leadership experience in hospitality or service industry
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to manage and supervise staff
- knowledge of spa operations and inventory management
- proficiency with scheduling and reporting software
- commitment to upholding safety and luxury service standards
- ability to conduct training and development sessions
- experience handling payroll and timekeeping
- problem-solving skills
- familiarity with Forbes luxury spa standards preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- at least three years of leadership experience in hospitality or service industry
- spa management experience preferred
- experience in a luxury hotel or resort preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Job Duties
- Create weekly team member schedules related to all support staff
- responsible for Closing Reports in B4T and proper reconciliation
- provide monthly reports related to spa KPIs
- communicate all active spa promotions and programs to all staff and ensure website updates
- oversee all Sol Garden operations including food and beverage sales and attendant-related revenue-generating services
- provide support for all new hires including interviews, training, and disciplinary action as warranted
- maintain all team member time and attendance records
- assist in payroll generation in the absence of the Assistant Spa Director
- represent the Spa on the safety and security committee ensuring compliance and monthly safety topic understanding
- provide sales and product knowledge training for all spa receptionists
- report facility discrepancies immediately through Hot SOS
- maintain and update all retail and operational vendor information including wholesale price lists
- oversee health and beauty and operational supply receiving and reconciliation
- enter supply purchase orders into Craftable ensuring adherence to budgeted expenses
- assist in month-end retail inventory
- receive and tag all new retail items timely
- ensure Forbes and luxury spa standards adherence through training and evaluation
- work closely with security championing the Safety Committee on behalf of the spa
- ensure monthly safety training completion by spa team members
- responsible for Hotel Effectiveness scheduling relating to spa attendants
