The Spa Manager role at The Ritz-Carlton located at 25 W 28th St, New York, NY, is a full-time, management-level position with an annual salary range of $82,000 to $104,000 and eligibility for bonuses. This role is instrumental in overseeing and coordinating all spa service activities, including salon, skin care treatments, program coordination, reservations, front desk operations, massages, and locker room management. The Spa Manager ensures that both guest and employee satisfaction remain high while aligning operations with the budgetary and financial goals of the property. This leadership role includes supervising employees, managing supplies and equipment inventories, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the spa facilities. The manager also acts as the Spa Director's representative in their absence, demonstrating a thorough understanding of operating budgets, payroll, and financial documentation to assist in the department's fiscal management.

In addition to operational oversight, the Spa Manager is responsible for fostering an exceptional customer service culture. They set a positive example for guest relations, handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, and empower employees to deliver outstanding service. Continuous improvement and guest satisfaction are paramount, with the Spa Manager actively leading by example and motivating the team to enhance their service performance. Job Requirements
