Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience in spa or related guest services
- Ability to manage employees and coordinate spa activities
- Strong financial acumen including budget and payroll understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full time
- Willingness to work onsite at Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate activities of spa employees
- Ensure proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available
- Manage spa operations in absence of Spa Director
- Maintain cleanliness of spa and related areas
- Manage budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct employee training, coaching, and recognition programs
