We are currently seeking a Full-Time Spa Hospitality Guest Services professional to join our exceptional team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in spa, hotel, or salon environments who are driven to provide unparalleled guest service. As a Spa Concierge at Woodhouse, you will be the welcoming face and brand ambassador for the spa, responsible for creating memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive. Your duties will include warmly greeting guests, educating them about the Woodhouse experience, assisting with locker room and amenity introductions, and ensuring their visit is seamless and enjoyable.
This role requires someone who embodies positivity and hospitality, always ready to answer the phone with a smile and attend to guests’ needs attentively. You will play a critical part in maintaining the spa’s luxurious atmosphere by managing lighting, music, scent, and cleanliness to uphold the Woodhouse signature mood. Beyond face-to-face guest interactions, you will support operational tasks such as serving refreshments, laundry duties, and tidying the premises, contributing to the smooth day-to-day functions of the spa.

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in spa, hotel, or salon hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide friendly and attentive service
- Flexibility to work full-time schedule
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Willingness to participate in training programs

Job Duties
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Acts as brand ambassador ensuring clean, safe place with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
- Supports back of house tasks such as serving refreshments, laundry, and cleaning
- Remembers and attends to guest preferences and special occasions
- Serves as backup for leadership team to ensure smooth operation
