Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in reception or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests and members with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and daily appointment flow across spa, salon, fitness, and retail
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with booking inquiries with excellent etiquette and clear communication
  • Book and manage appointments across multiple departments using Mindbody
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on services, classes, memberships, and retail offerings
  • Upsell services, memberships, packages, and retail in a natural, luxury-focused way
  • Process payments, handle POS transactions, and accurately close out daily sales
  • Maintain a calm, organized, and professional front desk environment at all times
  • Ensure locker rooms, fitness studio, and spa areas are clean, stocked, and guest-ready
  • Support daily operations by coordinating with therapists, instructors, and management
  • Assist with retail sales, product recommendations, and inventory restocking
  • Enforce company policies including scheduling, cancellations, and membership guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Organize retail displays, restock supplies, wipe down equipment, re-roll mats, and maintain overall presentation of the space during downtime
  • Create a seamless, elevated guest experience from arrival to departure
