Job Description

Pacific Hospitality Group is a distinguished company that delivers a unique value proposition to investors and team members through its owner/operator approach. This family-focused company is steadfastly committed to long-term holdings, enabling business growth alongside the personal and professional development of its team members. Its vision centers on enriching people's lives by providing memorable experiences, giving back to communities, and honoring God in all endeavors. Pacific Hospitality Group's emphasis on long-term value creation and sustainable growth makes it a reliable and integrity-driven employer in the hospitality industry.

As a leader in hospitality, Pacific Hospitality Group upholds guiding principles such as integrity, compliance, value creation, principled entrepreneurship, customer focus, knowledge, change, humility, respect, and fulfillment. These core values create a supportive and ethical work environment that encourages both employee satisfaction and exceptional guest experiences.

The Spa Coordinator/Attendant role is integral to ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience within the spa. This position involves supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house spa operations, including guest assistance, facility cleanliness, appointment coordination, and ensuring that all spa areas remain organized and fully stocked. The Spa Coordinator/Attendant is the face of the spa for many guests and must therefore possess outstanding customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with spa leadership and other hotel departments.

The role offers eligibility for retail commission and service charges where applicable, adding a rewarding component for performance-driven individuals. Responsibilities include greeting guests and providing spa orientation, maintaining cleanliness of reception, treatment rooms, locker rooms, fitness centers, and lounge areas, and stocking necessary items such as towels, linens, supplies, and retail merchandise. In addition, the Spa Coordinator/Attendant must maintain a working knowledge of spa services, treatments, amenities, and retail products to support guest inquiries and retail sales.

Scheduling appointments for spa, salon, and fitness services, confirming bookings, and supporting group reservation coordination are essential duties. Escorting guests to treatment rooms or waiting areas and assisting with retail purchases ensures guests receive attentive and personalized service. Administrative tasks include managing payroll cards, paperwork, and communication with management to streamline spa operations. Coordination with housekeepers, engineering, and the front office is required to maintain upkeep and respond to special requests or issues.

The Spa Coordinator/Attendant is responsible for opening and closing the spa, reconciling daily sales, and maintaining accurate records of guest and room accounts. Handling guest concerns within scope and escalating issues as necessary is crucial to maintaining high guest satisfaction standards. Participation in departmental meetings, reviewing VIP lists, and preparing reports further contribute to the efficient operation of the spa.

Overall, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic, guest-focused environments and who are eager to contribute to the high standards of a renowned hospitality group. Pacific Hospitality Group supports equal employment opportunities and values diversity, ensuring fair treatment and a welcoming workplace for all employees regardless of their background.
