Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience working in the spa or salon industry
  • basic computer skills
  • proficiency in English
  • ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
  • adherence to grooming standards
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • prior experience with reservation software preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in the spa or salon industry
  • Book4Time experience preferred
  • must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • bilingual in Spanish is an asset
  • basic computer skills required
  • adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines
  • ability to stand and walk constantly throughout shift

Job Duties

  • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
  • greet guests over the phone in a warm genuine manner
  • maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance
  • host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the wellness journey
  • guide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and offer multiple treatment bookings and up-sells
  • communicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership team
  • promote a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standards
  • process transactions and adjustments in Book4Time daily
  • perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned including daily checklists
