Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in the spa or salon industry
- basic computer skills
- proficiency in English
- ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- adherence to grooming standards
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience with reservation software preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in the spa or salon industry
- Book4Time experience preferred
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- bilingual in Spanish is an asset
- basic computer skills required
- adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines
- ability to stand and walk constantly throughout shift
Job Duties
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- greet guests over the phone in a warm genuine manner
- maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance
- host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the wellness journey
- guide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and offer multiple treatment bookings and up-sells
- communicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership team
- promote a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standards
- process transactions and adjustments in Book4Time daily
- perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned including daily checklists
