We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Spa Front Desk Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime, with an hourly pay rate of $18.00. The position requires weekend availability, including evening shifts, to accommodate our clients' schedules. The Spa Front Desk Agent acts as the first point of contact for guests, playing an essential role in shaping their overall experience. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of front desk operations including welcoming guests, scheduling and confirming appointments, handling inquiries, and assisting with boutique retail sales. Your friendly and professional interaction will ensure guests feel valued and relaxed from the moment they enter the spa.
This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be entrusted with handling financial transactions including cash and credit card payments, maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. Knowledge of spa services, pricing, and availability is critical as you will provide detailed information and personalized recommendations to guests. The Front Desk Agent is also instrumental in maintaining a clean and inviting reception area and boutique, including stocking and organizing retail displays.
Additionally, you will support administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and assisting with guest check-out processes. A vital part of your job will be to build strong relationships with guests by providing exceptional customer service that goes beyond their expectations, resulting in memorable spa visits. The ideal candidate possesses enthusiasm, a friendly disposition, strong communication skills, basic math and money-handling aptitude, and prior experience in spa or frontline guest service roles. Familiarity with the Book4time management system is a plus but not required.

Job Requirements

- two years experience in the spa guest services front desk or related professional area
- must be available to work evenings

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive
- provide tours of the spa facilities showcasing amenities and services available
- check-in guests efficiently and accurately obtaining necessary information while verifying appointments and special requests
- maintain thorough knowledge of spa services pricing and availability to answer guest inquiries
- handle cash and credit card transactions ensuring proper recording and adherence to financial procedures
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area and spa boutique including stocking supplies and retail items
- assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls responding to emails and handling guest inquiries
- consistently provide excellent customer service exceeding guest expectations
- assist guests in spa boutique by answering questions recommending items and keeping the space organized and restocked
