The Spa Front Desk position is a vital role within Rosen Hotels & Resorts, serving as the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to lift to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
- must be able to legally work in the USA

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests and members warmly and professionally
- provide information about hotel amenities and services
- handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding health club services and offerings
- schedule appointments for spa treatments and other services
- process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records
- assist as a Gift Shoppe Attendant, helping guests with purchases and merchandise inquiries as needed
- perform duties as a Locker Attendant, ensuring guest belongings are properly secured and accessible as needed
- comply with the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
- perform all other duties as assigned
