Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in spa reception or related field
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in processing payments and using reservation systems
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in spa reception or hotel spa environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of spa services and treatments
Customer service orientation with dedication to guest satisfaction

Job Duties

Schedule treatments
Register guests and process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash
Manage spa reservations for packages and individual treatments
Make product and treatment recommendations to guests
Promote wellness and ensure a calming spa atmosphere
Serve as the final point of contact for guests during their spa experience
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with spa team members
