Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or receptionist role preferred
- Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment is a plus
- Familiarity with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and electronic payments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/reservation platforms
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with client information
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Manage all spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and adjusting changes as needed
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to spa services, pricing, and availability
- Provide accurate information on treatments, therapists, and spa policies to guests
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records using spa management software
- Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and retail areas
- Coordinate with spa therapists and management to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient workflow
