Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment and computer systems
  • Demonstrated professionalism and customer focus
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Must be a team player
  • Understanding of spa or leisure facility operations is a plus
  • Commitment to safety and security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Ensures the Arch Amenities Group Experience for members and guests by maintaining standards set in Arch Amenities Group Basics to Excellence, Mission Statement, Values, Standards and Expectations, and Brand Standards
  • Adheres to policies of the facility and Arch Amenities Group
  • Reports any incident or accident to the Facility Manager
  • Submits all paperwork and financial reporting in accordance with Arch Amenities Group policy
  • Develops and maintains accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists through routine preventative maintenance and repair
  • Maintains a monthly inventory of supplies and products when applicable
  • Becomes knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities to effectively communicate with members and guests
  • Participates in the Manager on Duty schedule if applicable
  • Helps ensure the facility is accessed only by actual members and guests and is safe and secure at all times
  • Greets each guest with a smile and direct eye contact
  • Goes the extra mile for members and guests by offering assistance like making reservations and finding directions
  • Uses time efficiently by checking equipment, locker rooms, gift shop stocks, and inventory
  • Keeps the area clear of clutter and personal effects
  • Informs co-workers of pertinent information at the end of shifts and updates communication books
  • Informs facility manager of any member, guest, or facility issues
  • Enrolls members and guests in programs and makes reservations for spa services and personal training when applicable
  • Receives payments for goods and services and properly accounts for the money, reconciling daily sales and deposits when applicable
  • Assists staff with lifting and storing equipment, furniture, and products
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
