The Spa Concierge role at Woodhouse Spa Wilmington is crucial in bringing the spa experience to life and making guests feel truly special from the moment they enter. This position requires someone passionate about hospitality and wellness, capable of delivering exceptional personal attention and hospitality services. As a Spa Concierge, you will be the face of the spa, warmly greeting guests, educating them about the amenities and services, and ensuring each visit is smooth and memorable. You will act as a brand ambassador by creating a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere that highlights the brand’s luxury standards. Attention to the small yet meaningful details such as remembering a guest’s preferred drink or special occasions is key to enhancing the guest experience and building lasting relationships. The Spa Concierge also supports the leadership team by taking care of daily operational details to ensure the spa runs seamlessly. This role demands excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a genuine enjoyment of customer service in a dynamic and flexible work environment. Job Requirements

  • Highly knowledgeable about the surrounding area and lives within 25 minutes or less from location
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and warm demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Ability to work on feet for 6-8 hours
  • Must be able to lift, push, reach for, carry 25 plus pounds occasionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience with luxury service preferred

Job Duties

  • Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
  • Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities, and helping them have a seamless experience
  • Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
  • Acts as brand ambassador ensuring the spa environment is clean, safe, and inviting with proper lighting, music, and scent
  • Remembers small details that make the experience special such as guest's favorite drink, neck wrap, and personal celebrations
  • Serves as backup for leadership team by managing daily operations and ensuring smooth spa functioning
  • Maintains a positive and welcoming attitude to promote guest delight and satisfaction
