Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist guests by greeting all guests entering the spa or salon and assisting with check-in and registration procedures
  • Support guest scheduling by answering phones and emails, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and relaying information to appropriate team members as needed
  • Provide administrative support by performing office duties such as data entry, filing, processing mail, taking notes, typing correspondence, and assisting spa managers with general administrative tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure timely guest service delivery
  • Manage inventory of spa products and supplies
  • Assist in promoting spa services and special offers to guests
