Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- experience in guest service is preferred
- cash handling experience is desired
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- professional and courteous demeanor
- basic computer skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- experience in spa, salon or luxury retail sales is preferred

- ability to promote and sell spa treatments and products
Job Duties
- assist all guests with spa and/or salon appointments
- check guests in and out of facility
- provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to spa and salon clients
- create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions
- ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees
- manage cash bank daily
- retain knowledge of spa/salon software system
- promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
