The role of Spa Concierge (Part Time) at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is an integral position that offers the opportunity to be at the heart of the guest experience within the Life in Balance Spa. The Spa Concierge is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the high standards of the spa environment including locker rooms, quiet lounge, and pool deck. This position acts as a vital link between guests, spa management, and other resort departments, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service. Candidates for this position must exhibit professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a serene yet dynamic setting. The role requires a calm and composed demeanor, especially during stressful times, and a proactive approach to guest service and spa operations.

Job Requirements

  • must understand basic principles of managing PMS system (ResortSuite)
  • capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • must have excellent communication skills
  • must be computer literate and able to learn various software programs/applications
  • must be able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate or can receive it within one month of hire
  • open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • professional demeanor and appearance

Job Qualifications
