Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and two Wednesdays a month
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and walk extensively throughout a two-story spa
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Consistent and regular attendance
- Compliance with company policies and protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining professionalism
- Ability to navigate change and pivot as needed
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting
- Leadership experience in a similar role or front-office operations
- Experience with driving sales goals and initiatives
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Computer proficiency
- Previous customer service and telephone reservation experience
- Basic accounting skills for daily closing procedures
Job Duties
- Serves as primary support for the spa manager, therapists, and guests
- Ensures every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience including warm welcome and introductions
- Answers incoming calls, schedules appointments, and collects payment
- Partners with therapists to increase guest retention by scheduling next appointments during checkout
- Drives service and retail sales by educating guests on recommended products and services
- Remembers details like guests’ favorite drinks, personal milestones, and preferences
- Complies with company policies and maintains regular attendance and teamwork
