As a Spa Concierge at Ka La'i Spa, you will hold a vital role in the smooth operation of the spa and the delivery of unparalleled guest service. Job Duties

  • provide accurate information regarding spa services, treatments, and retail products
  • conduct financial transactions, including processing payments and retail sales
  • maintain accurate guest records and appointment schedules
  • resolve guest concerns and service issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
  • support daily spa operations and perform general spa administrative duties as needed
