The property boasts six distinctive food and beverage outlets, the renowned Mokara Spa, a fitness center, retail outlet, a rooftop pool, and an extensive 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Together, these offerings create an unparalleled guest experience whether visitors are in town for business, leisure, or events.

Currently, the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking a Spa Coordinator to join their esteemed Spa team. The Spa Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring each guest enjoys a serene, safe, and inviting atmosphere within the spa facilities. This full-time role involves welcoming guests and members warmly, providing detailed information and guidance about spa services, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, lounges, locker areas, and other spa amenities. The coordinator will prepare treatment spaces by cleaning, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and replacing linens to ensure every guest’s experience meets the highest standard of comfort.
In addition to logistical support, the Spa Coordinator will act as a knowledgeable guide, giving spa tours and ensuring guests know where to change and prepare for their treatments. The position also requires attentiveness to safety and sanitation in shower areas, vanities, Aquavana spaces, lounges, decks, and garden areas, ensuring all areas meet Omni Hotels & Resorts’ rigorous cleanliness standards. The role demands multitasking and the ability to manage several areas simultaneously, maintaining a smooth flow of operations within the spa.
This position is vital in upholding the spa’s reputation as a haven of relaxation and wellness for all visitors. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, and passionate about customer service, embodying the Omni brand’s commitment to excellence.
