Job Requirements
- Three years relevant experience in luxury spa or hospitality
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Customer service or sales training is preferred
- Ability to remain calm and patient with guests
- Knowledge of booking software
Job Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of booking software
- Sales or customer service training is an advantage
- At least three years relevant experience especially in luxury spa or hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
- Articulate verbal and written communication
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Ability to maintain composure and patience during guest interactions
Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests
- Maintain and manage client profiles with discretion
- Record, manage, and confirm appointments accurately
- Conduct check-in, check-out, payment, and retail sales procedures
- Ensure reception area meets DIOR Spa standards
- Prepare detailed daily reports
- Adhere strictly to DIOR Spa's operating procedures
- Provide elegant descriptions of spa treatments
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Support all spa operations as requested
