Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality, spa, wellness, luxury retail, boutique fitness, or another high-touch service environment
- Demonstrated experience recommending, upselling, or selling products, services, memberships, upgrades, or add-ons in a customer-facing setting
- Experience working in an environment with elevated service standards and premium guest expectations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and comfort operating golf carts and/or guest transport vehicles
- Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, Tennessee, including weekends, holidays, and peak-demand shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications

- Experience with retail product sales or service-based sales goals
- Experience using booking, POS, or guest management systems such as Trybe or similar tools
- Experience supporting food and beverage presentation in a hospitality environment
- Familiarity with guest recovery or service recovery in premium experience settings
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth, polish, and confidence while setting the tone for a premium spa experience
- Guide guests through the full spa journey, including arrival, transitions, post-treatment hospitality, and departure
- Provide white-glove transport to and from spa appointments by golf cart or other approved guest transport vehicle
- Drive retail, upgrade, and enhancement sales through thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Support rebooking and return-visit conversations in a way that feels natural and experience-led
- Maintain treatment rooms, beverage stations, common areas, and guest amenities to brand standards
- Partner closely with therapists and onsite teams to ensure smooth flow, timely transitions, and consistent execution
- Execute celebration and personalization moments that make the experience feel memorable and intentional
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and ownership
- Support opening and closing responsibilities, including reset, restocking, cleanliness checks, and issue logging
