The role available is for a Front Desk Spa Concierge at the upcoming Woodhouse Spa location in downtown Louisville, KY. This position is pivotal as it serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a crucial role in providing a world-class spa experience. The job offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities with a competitive hourly wage of $17.00. The Front Desk Spa Concierge will be the face of Woodhouse Spa, responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing appointments, and facilitating the smooth operations of the spa daily. The role demands a professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude. Candidates should be experienced with front desk or customer service duties, preferably within a spa, restaurant, or hotel setting, and have familiarity with spa scheduling software such as MEEVO.

Key responsibilities include opening and closing the spa, checking guests in and out, managing phone lines and scheduling services, retail sales, confirming appointments, providing amenities, and maintaining sanitation standards. Candidates will also be trained to become experts on Woodhouse Signature Services and expected to contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Job Duties

  • Open or close the spa depending on your shift schedule
  • check-in each guest for their service and assist at check-out after their service has concluded
  • answer our multi-line phone system
  • schedule services for guests using our MEEVO software system
  • retail products and series
  • confirm appointments and help prepare therapists for service day
  • pre-book our guests at check-out for future services
  • provide amenities to guests when needed
  • provide 5 star customer service
  • ensure sanitation standards are met and exceeded in spa
