Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years in a high-touch guest service environment, preferably within a Forbes-rated spa, luxury hotel, or exclusive wellness retreat
  • exceptionally polished presence with the ability to deliver discreet, anticipatory service to discerning clientele
  • articulate, engaging, and elegant in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport across all levels
  • proven ability to manage complex schedules, high-volume reservations, and multi-faceted service coordination with grace and precision
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spa or guest management platforms
  • deep understanding of the expectations that define five-star service, with the ability to anticipate guest needs before they are expressed
  • composed, organized, and solutions-focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of a luxury hospitality schedule
  • ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and maintain a polished presence throughout long shifts
