The Spa Concierge position at Archer Hotel Napa offers a unique opportunity to join this vibrant team in a part-time capacity. This role is vital in creating a calm, welcoming, and elevated spa environment for guests, supporting the luxury standards for which the hotel is known. The Spa Concierge assists with daily spa operations, helping to ensure seamless service delivery from the moment guests enter the spa. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, managing scheduling through the Meevo system, coordinating with spa providers for treatment preparation, and maintaining spa cleanliness and organization. This position requires open availability on weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the spa’s clientele.

The ideal candidate for the Spa Concierge role is service-minded and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to create thoughtful moments that enhance the guest experience. Preferred qualifications include one to three years of experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality settings. Strong communication skills, proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. As the Spa Concierge, you will collaborate closely with the Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor, and other hotel departments to provide accurate information and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
