We are currently hiring Full Time and Part Time Spa Concierge professionals who are passionate about guest service and committed to making a meaningful difference in every interaction. The Spa Concierge role at The Woodhouse is essential to the guest journey, as you will create magic by offering personal attention, anticipating needs, and ensuring every guest feels special from the moment they arrive. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Passion for wellness and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
  • Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome and introduction to locker rooms and amenities
  • Answer the phone with a smile each time
  • Serve as brand ambassador by ensuring the spa environment is clean, safe, and inviting with appropriate lighting, music, and scents
  • Remember guests' personal preferences such as favorite drinks and special dates
  • Serve as backup for leadership team members to maintain smooth operations
  • Assist guests with seamless check-in and check-out processes
