The position requires commitment to a permanent role, especially due to a 90-day probationary period. Responsibilities include educating guests about the spa experience, assisting with scheduling tailored treatments, answering phones with a positive attitude, and providing personal attention from guest arrival through their experience. Attention to detail is highly valued; remembering guests' preferences, birthdays, and anniversaries makes the experience special. You will act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the spa environment's ambiance, including appropriate lighting, scent, and music to create the perfect mood. Knowledge of all spa products is essential to help guests make informed purchases, supporting the sales strategy effectively.
