Job Requirements
- Highly knowledgeable about the surrounding area and lives within 20 minutes or less from location
- excellent customer service skills with a friendly and warm demeanor
- strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask
- ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- ability to work on feet for 6-8 hours
- must be able to lift, push, reach for, carry 25+ pounds occasionally
- high school diploma or equivalent experience
- experience with luxury service preferred

Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome and introduction to amenities
- answer the phone with a smile each and every time
- serve as the brand ambassador ensuring a clean, safe environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
- remember and apply personal guest preferences like favorite drinks and special occasions
- serve as backup for the leadership team ensuring smooth operation during busy times
