We are currently seeking a part-time Spa Concierge to join The Woodhouse Day Spa team. This role is essential in creating the magic that defines the ultimate guest experience by providing personal attention from the moment guests arrive. As a Spa Concierge, you will educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth transition through amenities, and a seamless visit. This role demands a brand ambassador who maintains a clean, safe, and perfectly ambienced environment, paying attention to details like the guest's favorite drink or special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Responsibilities also include answering phone calls with a friendly demeanor, supporting the leadership team as needed, and ensuring that the spa operates smoothly during busy periods. The pay for this role is competitive at $18.00 per hour, and the work schedule is flexible, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings.
