The Spa Concierge position at Omni Interlocken Resort plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing personalized service within the spa therapy team. This role involves scheduling spa appointments, ensuring accurate confirmations, and maximizing service opportunities. As a Spa Concierge, you will engage with guests to communicate spa promotions, provide tours of the spa facilities, and assist with the upselling and cross-selling of spa products and services.
