The Spa Coordinator is crucial in managing the day-to-day activities of the spa, which is a vital guest-facing segment of the establishment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Previous spa, salon, or hospitality experience required
- Ability to excel in a goal-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and SpaSoft
- Strong professional presentation and technical skills
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Job Qualifications

- Previous spa, salon, or hospitality experience

Job Duties
- Manage guest appointments and ensure timely and accurate communication with guests
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that the spa is clean and well-organized at all times
- Train and supervise spa staff as needed
- Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues as needed
- Process guest payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate
- Prepare reports and manage scheduling software
- Coordinate and schedule all spa-related activities consistent with the spa's policies, philosophy, and objectives
- Host staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a cohesive hotel/spa environment
- Communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues, and management
