Job Duties
- Greet and process guests checking in and out
- Schedule appointments for all spa treatments and assists guests in selecting spa services and retail items
- Answer phone calls in a friendly and timely manner
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of new products, services, packages, treatments, and procedures
- Ensure that supplies are available and that the facilities are kept clean, always stocked and in safe condition
