Job Requirements
- One to two years experience in customer service
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, mornings and evenings
- Excellent English communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Good math skills for cash and billing
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- One to two years experience in a customer service-related field
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in retail preferred
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, mornings and evenings
- Ability to communicate in English effectively
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality of guest and hotel information
- Good math skills and able to process cash and billing transactions
- Strong client/guest service skills
- Excellent writing, speaking, and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Spa Soft software desirable
- Previous spa or hotel experience desirable
- Experience in a 5-star environment desirable
Job Duties
- Schedule spa services using Spa Soft booking software
- Explain and promote all spa and fitness facilities, services, and activities
- Confirm spa services for the following business day with confirmation calls and/or emails
- Process online, phone, or walk-in retail purchase orders
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the spa to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Reconcile treatments, billing discrepancies, gift card inquiries, and purchases accurately
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in the absence of management
