This part-time position as a Spa Concierge is a critical role within the Spa department, reporting to the Assistant Spa Manager and Spa Director. The role focuses on enhancing the overall spa experience for guests by managing bookings, promoting spa services, and providing knowledgeable and courteous assistance both over the phone and in person. The Spa Concierge acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest receives a comprehensive introduction to the spa’s offerings, including spa treatments, fitness activities, retail products, and gift cards. The Spa Concierge will use Spa Soft booking software for scheduling spa treatments and must adhere to all procedures detailed in the Spa Concierge training manual. Responsibilities include making confirmation calls or sending emails for upcoming appointments, processing retail orders through various channels, and maintaining the spa’s reception area to ensure it is inviting, clean, safe, and organized. As part of daily operational duties, the Spa Concierge is tasked with reviewing appointment schedules, resolving billing discrepancies, and assisting in retail operations by educating guests on product benefits and supporting inventory management.
A strong customer service orientation and ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion are essential. Job Requirements
- One to two years experience in customer service
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, mornings and evenings

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Schedule spa services using Spa Soft booking software
- Explain and promote all spa and fitness facilities, services, and activities
- Confirm spa services for the following business day with confirmation calls and/or emails
- Process online, phone, or walk-in retail purchase orders
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the spa to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Reconcile treatments, billing discrepancies, gift card inquiries, and purchases accurately
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in the absence of management
