We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Spa Specialists to join our team on a part-time, non-management basis. This role is an integral part of the spa operations, designed to enhance the overall guest experience through multi-faceted support of the spa’s functions. Unlike traditional spa service roles, the Spa Specialist position focuses on elevating the customer journey by delivering a variety of services beyond the treatment rooms. This includes promoting spa and retail services, handling appointment scheduling, assisting guests with inquiries about offerings, managing the check-in process, and processing transactions with seamless professionalism.

The Spa Specialists at The Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner serve as the welcoming face of the spa, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • no related work experience required

  • must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
  • capability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces
