Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities
- Answer the phone with a smile each and every time
- Serve as brand ambassador ensuring a clean, safe place with appropriate lighting, music and scent
- Remember the small things that make the experience special such as favorite drink and personal details
- Serve as backup for the leadership team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
