The resort is dedicated to providing a unique and memorable environment for both its guests and employees. As part of the Hilton brand, The Waterfront Beach Resort operates with a commitment to exceptional quality and hospitality standards that reflect its prestigious reputation in the industry.

In addition to guest services, the Spa Reservations Agent will also maintain the Spa Desk bank and ensure the working area remains well-stocked, clean, and organized to support smooth daily operations. The role requires an individual who is attentive to detail, friendly, and committed to enhancing guest satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to requests and inquiries.

The Waterfront Beach Resort seeks candidates who possess hospitality experience, preferably within spa or wellness environments, and who demonstrate a passion for hospitality and guest care. Employees are supported through ongoing training, career development opportunities, and a work environment that values integrity, charisma, and teamwork. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to pursue or advance a career in hospitality within a respected and vibrant resort setting.

The resort’s culture is built around the motto "One Team, One Dream," reflecting a family-like environment that nurtures growth and professional development. Employees benefit from a supportive atmosphere where their work positively impacts guests, fellow team members, and the broader community. The Waterfront Beach Resort also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and wellness programs, emphasizing the importance of work-life balance and employee well-being.

Joining The Waterfront Beach Resort means becoming part of an award-winning hospitality team dedicated to excellence and passion for service. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals ready to contribute to an outstanding resort experience at one of the premier destinations on the California coast.
