Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Basic customer service experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Good telephone etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation software preferred
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Job Duties
- Schedule spa and salon services for individuals and groups using reservation software
- Call guests to confirm appointments
- Answer questions regarding available services
- Update reservations and cancellations list throughout the day
- Inform service providers of any last-minute changes
- Check in guests by confirming their identity
- Provide general spa orientation to guests
- Promote and sell spa and salon services
- Manage cash bank and ensure accurate handling of monies
- Process guest payments and obtain payment authorizations
- Accept and log employee cash tips
- Balance, scan, and drop receipts with accounting
- Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships with team
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
