- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work full time
- Willingness to comply with company policies
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- No prior supervisory experience needed

Job Duties
- Schedule spa services using spa reservations software
- Call guests to confirm appointments
- Answer questions about spa and salon services
- Update reservations and cancellations list
- Inform providers of last-minute changes
- Check in guests and provide spa orientation
- Promote and sell spa and salon services
- Manage cash bank and process payments
- Accept and log cash tips
- Balance and deliver receipts to accounting
- Notify engineering of maintenance needs
- Report workplace accidents and unsafe conditions
- Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Welcome guests and anticipate service needs
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
