Job Duties

  • Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
  • educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities, and seamless experience assistance
  • answer the phone with a smile each time
  • act as brand ambassador ensuring clean, safe environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
  • remember guest preferences and personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
  • serve as backup for the leadership team to maintain smooth operations
  • assist in creating a memorable guest experience
