The role offered is that of a Spa Front Desk Agent, an integral position that embodies the welcoming spirit and professionalism of Sunny’s Spa. As a Spa Front Desk Agent, the individual will operate as the ambassador of calm and relaxation, setting the tone for every guest’s experience from the moment they arrive. Primary responsibilities include scheduling treatments ranging from deluxe spa packages to individual spa services, managing guest registration, and processing various forms of payment including room charges, credit cards, and cash transactions. Beyond administrative duties, the agent serves as a knowledgeable consultant who recommends personalized spa products and treatments tailored to enhance the overall wellness journey of each guest. This role requires a person who is not only attentive and detail-oriented but also deeply committed to promoting wellness and delivering an authentic and immersive spa experience. Candidates with prior experience in spa reception, particularly within spa resorts or hotel spas, are especially encouraged to apply.
