Job Duties
- Ensure all spa spaces—locker rooms, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges—are impeccably clean, organized, and inviting
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, attending to their every need and creating a seamless experience
- Replenish amenities, such as towels, robes, and refreshments, to maintain a sense of abundance and care
- Assist therapists and technicians by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all supplies are readily available
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with confidence, embodying the values of Hyatt and the culture of the Tamaya Mist Spa
