Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
no prior related experience required
no supervisory experience required
must be able to stand, walk, and move for long periods
ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 pounds independently and up to 25 pounds with assistance
must follow company policies and safety standards
ability to maintain a professional appearance and communication

Job Qualifications

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Promote spa services and retail products
schedule and confirm spa appointments
answer guest inquiries about spa services
register guests and manage appointment check-ins
process payments and handle transactions
maintain professionalism in appearance and communication
ensure a safe and clean spa environment
