Job Requirements
- High school diploma or comparable work experience
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training
- Willingness to work varied schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
- Commitment to follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
- Understanding of basic inventory procedures
- Ability to follow safety and sustainability protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and offer assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the facility including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste removal
- Restock linens in locker rooms and guest areas
- Escort guests to changing areas and provide facility orientation
- Assist in monthly inventory of spa supplies
- Communicate facility details effectively to guests
- Report member, guest, or facility issues to management
- Follow sustainability guidelines of the Earth View program
- Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
