Your responsibilities will span maintaining cleanliness in the spa and fitness areas, managing inventory, assisting guests with orientations, and upholding safety and sustainability standards. You will also need to adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with OSHA standards. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will frequently interact with guests and management to relay important information or address issues promptly.
