We are currently seeking highly motivated and friendly Spa Associates/Spa Concierges to join our vibrant team. This is a full-time position with shifts currently scheduled from Wednesday to Friday, 9:15 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 9:15 am to 6:00 pm. The compensation ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, which includes tips, with a base hourly rate of $19.00 plus average tips ranging between $2.50 to $4.50 per hour. Additional benefits include paid time off, employee discounts, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions after completing 600 hours of work. As a Spa Associate, your primary responsibility is to lead customers through our services by setting up the rooms, explaining the procedures, and ensuring everything runs on schedule. Your role combines customer service, operational support, and spa maintenance duties, requiring you to maintain cleanliness and restock product areas in between appointments. You will often work in a physically active environment, needing teamwork skills to share tasks effectively and skill in time management to keep the spa running seamlessly. Moreover, top candidates will have the opportunity to be cross-trained to assist at the front desk by checking customers in, booking appointments, and processing payments.
