  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard
  • Collect empty bottles and glasses
  • Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines
  • Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
  • Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes
  • Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed
  • Restock liquor bottles
  • Refill ice bins
  • Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public
